I did not, but I looked her up on the web and found this link: http://www.waymarking.com/waymarks/WM92E4_The_DUCHESS_White_Pass_Yukon_Route_RR_Carcross_YT in which it says she was built by Dunsmuir, Diggle & Co. around 1883.

My 2014 tour also went through Carcorss and I got a few more photos of it:
