Great shot...I just think where the sky is coming through the leaves is just a tab bright, it pulls my eyes away from the Eagle..

The whites of the head are blown out. at least 1 to 1 1/2 stop over exposed

The head is slightly blown, but easily corrected in Photoshop. The focus is excellent and the background highlights the Eagle. Excellent job.
