For my eye I would have scaled or cropped so that the Jay would have been centered in the pic on its perch with the branch on the right I would have left out. Other than that a very nice capture.

I don't see anything to critique. Good color, good exposure, interesting subject, sharp focus, nice background, nice bokeh. Don't know how you could have done any better. Great photo.
