Back roads in Ct.

We moved from SE CT to Colorado in 2011. The video brought back a lot of nice scenic memories of the area. I'm assuming the covered bridge in the video is the one outside Colchester, not far from our home in Oakdale. Thanks for sharing.
The picture of the covered bridge was taken in Devils Hopyard state park in E. Haddam!!!

Awesome, not far from Gillette's Castle? The back roads in CT were some of the best motorcycle rides I have ever experienced. When we moved to Colorado in 2011, nothing could compare especially the tree canopies on some of the old, colonial roads.

Hi Sherwood,
Great compilation of scenery from my old stomping grounds. The wife and I really enjoyed it. I do have one question: where was the scene of the breached dam and mill taken?
Thanks!

Terrific images. Excellent compositions; color, lighting, detail, perspective, depth, but the viewing time for each image is very short, as the slides change too quickly.
Thank you!!!On Mt.Archer rd. Lime, 8 Mi.river

Nice, Would liked to have lingered a little longer at each image. Reminds me of my youth in Ct., Rowayton, Suffield and Stonington, and often wondering how much is still there. Looks much the same. Thanks.
You would think after 70 years I could spell the town LYME, sorry!!!
