Blue Heron fishing platform

No wading for this Blue Heron at the park pond today. He was using this turned-off floating fountain as a fishing platform, spying a fish, flying off and spearing it in deep water, then back to the platform and usually on to the bank for a final stab. Georgetown, 13Nov2018.
