lovely complimentary colours and well exposed. great composition with the two out buildings giving the subject balance. The rule of thirds comes into its own when the dark trunks contrast so well with the barn and compliment the stone work. The curving track certainly draws the eye right to the edge (which then creates a response to look left too)

A really nice natural 'overcooked' image. (at least to my eyes, I can image 'seeing' these colours so I expect minimal HD)

Thanks G Brown. My sister asked for some help with this one ..... it had been raining and overcast for a week running, but she took some photos anyway. She asked specifically if I could get rid of the grey skies, and I did so, using Anthropic's Landscape Pro. I also applied a 5% opacity layer of Topaz Impression's [Black filters on White], to give the edges of the leaves a bit more definition, and then used ON1 Photo Raw 2019 (Trial edition) and its [Sunshine] preset to brighten the original.

Yes, indeed it is nice to find. Often this time of year, it tends to just be monochrome in nature without any contrasting colors.

A whole hill side of orange is nice, but it often lacks details if taken mid-day as if someone took a brush and just painted a glob of color on the canvas. Same image taken late in the day with side lighting would give needed details.

Your image has the needed details to keep the eye moving from one item to the next. Very well done.

Wonderful. Someone called the colors "complimentary." Technically, they are "harmonious," not "complementary," (note the E instead of the I), but they surely do work well with each other. The technically complementary blue and the dark values of the tree trunks are excellent contrast, bringing out the colors of barn and tree even more.
