Thanks so much. Yes, sometimes you don't have time to set up a shot get the right angle etc. etc. Was so happythis turned out.I have very few humorous shots.

Thanks. Steubenville (home of Dean Martin BTW) was hit by the double whammy of its steel mills closing and the opening of a mall (now almost defunct) which pulled both businesses and people away from its downtown. Like many such towns it has become a dumping ground for druggies and welfare recipients. Fourth Street is slowly showing signs of renewed life although it probably won't ever return to its former health.
