A few from my late morning walk. The sun was high in the sky casting hard shadows.

Unknown plant.

The first two are Spanish Flag vine, 3rd are the seed pods of Hyacinth vine, 4th is a zinnia, 5th are marigolds. Next looks like a spent sunflower. Not sure about what type of evergreen needles or the dried 'pod' next to last. All are beautiful and quite interesting!

Thank you, I never saw the Spanish flag vine or a Hyacinth vine before. They grow on my neighbors fence. .

Nice series, Polonois. We're practically neighbors. About 45min away.

Thank you, do you ever get to Conowingo to see the Eagles?

No, not yet. I hear that the crowds are overwhelmingly large and it's difficult shooting with so many people. I'm not particularly set up to shoot BIF's. I only have a Canon 250mm kit lens. I would think I'd need more reach.
Conowingo's about 20 minutes North of me and easy to get to. Been over the dam many, many times over the last 65 years. The Susquehanna is beautiful there.

OK, I used to fish there when I was young. I haven't been there for years. My Daughter was there last year and got quite a few good eagle shots. She rented a 150-500 for her Nikon D90 and it worked out well.
