Looks cold, was it? I like the lighthouse.

It was quite cool and we'd had rain a bit earlier.

Thanks for that.

I take all of these with a 'bottom of the range' Olympus Pen mini, through a 25mm lens.

I've got a Nikon and a Sony as well, but I just love this little camera for black and white.

Outstanding B&W. The third image of the Lighthouse is a "Prize Winner"

Great images, but they made me cold just looking at them. These guys are tougher than most of us.

I think Nebraska gets a lot colder weather than we do in Cornwall.

Because we're on the very South Western tip of the UK, we get a lot of stormy wet weather from the Atlantic, but snow and ice are a bit of a novelty when - and if - we ever get either.

I think it was around 50 degrees Fahrenheit (10 degrees C) when I took the photos.

Thanks for the comment.

Glad to hear that it's not as cold as it looks.

I suppose it was just a windy day. A good place to surf.

Yeah, there were a few surfers out in the bay.

It was the day the Flying Scotsman came to Penzance - although it was raining here when that went through!

Hopefully, you got some good photos of the Flying Scotsman with its smoke. I am envious!

No, I didn't take any photos, I took two lots of video with two different cameras.

Probably not the best thing to admit to on a photography site!

I'll have a look and see if there are any stills I can take from either video
