Problem with Topaz Denoise 6 filter in Photoshop CC 2019

I updated my iMac to Mojave and Adobe Photoshop CC 2019 from 2018. All my plug-in filters came over to Photoshop CC 2019 from Photoshop CC 2018 with the exception of Topaz Denoise 6. I went in to the Library module for Photoshop CC 2019 and there is no plug-in folder for 2019 like there is for 2018. Topaz Denoise 6 still works on my iMac, but there is no way that I have found of loading it into Photoshop CC 2019. I have reinstalled Topaz Denoise 6, however it still will not load into the plug-in filters of Photoshop CC 2019.

Has anyone that uses Topaz Denoise 6 experienced the same problem? I have a work around that is inconvenient which is to go into Topaz Studio from the plug-in filters in Photoshop CC 2019 and use Denoise from there, but it was easier to just use it in Photoshop without bringing up another editor.

Have you checked with Topaz to see if they have a solution?

I updated my iMac to Mojave and Adobe Photoshop CC... (show quote)

I just jumped into Photoshop on my iMac, Topaz Denoise 6 worked perfectly from Photoshop.

Denoise 6.02
Photoshop CC 2019 (updated yesterday)
Mojave 10.14

(EDIT)

I do recall back a few versions ago Photoshop changed the location of plugins going forward, rather then place them within the Photoshop application they were moved to the system Library folder on a Mac...

The below image shows the path to my current plugins in Photoshop. I created shortcuts to my Topaz plugins which are stored under Applications. Normally the update process leaves the old plugin folder to be migrated manually. I think Adobe saw moving plugins to a Library folder as a way to eliminate manually needing to move them after an update.
