I think we sometimes take flowers, especially the little "weed" types, for granted. I often take shots when I'm out looking for something more dramatic.

Yes, Bob, we're lucky to have such a pleasant climate and long growing season. On a morning hike today, I noticed that the hills are showing signs of becoming green again. We just need some more rain.

Unless you're just going to the markets to get shots, you're spending a fortune in bouquets.
Our climate is a bit cooler and not as dry as yours, so it's not hard to find flowers in bloom in this area. We've actually had a pretty cool summer (no complaints from me!).Thanks for taking time to look and comment Bill. I appreciate it.
