The Coach House at Middleton Lodge is set in 200 acres of private countryside. The dining area is in the former stables and a bar is where coaches once parked. This 18th century Georgian country estate has beautiful grounds and caters for many weddings throughout the year. it also has lots of accommodation in and around the grounds.
It has a beautiful walled gardens where people tie the knot! I was surprised how many flowers were still in bloom.
There was a lovely man in the car park polishing the little car, he said it had been in his family for over 50 years. He has three daughters and has used the car to drive two of his daughters to their weddings and his third daughter was getting married the next day, using the car to drive her to the venue.
It is only 15 miles from where we live and we went for lunch the other day.

I enjoyed these beautiful shots, Sylvia, and the story about the man and his pretty car was really cool!
the grounds and flowers are very pretty. great job on another fun tour!
Each of these are great, Sylvia, pretty much as I've come to expect of your work.
But I have to ask: are you shooting/processing/doing something a little different than you previously had? Some new bit of kit, or software or something/anything? Maybe its just some different quality of light? I don't know. Please don't take this as criticism, either of the images here presented or those you've posted in the past. Its just that these seem to have a different --and consistent from one image to the next-- palette.... Or am I just seeing things?
Excellent series, Sylvia. I like the first shot in particular, gives a nice sense of the place.
Beautiful set Sylvia and very nicely done.
