This shows you do not need a tripod for a panorama. I like the building, even more so because of the history. I guess to the left of that vast staircase is the 1940's version of an ADA ramp. No thought was given to a wheelchair ramp. I like the panning and cropping. Everything you need is there.

Here are some things you might want to consider. Too much curvature for me. Perhaps standing further back would have helped or another setting for the perspective when stitching. I would have dropped the exposure a tad and boosted the clarity and/or contrast to give the picture more snap. I would have burned in the foreground a little so as to lead the eye away from the driveway and to the front door. Likewise with the sky. I would first try to drop the blue luminance in the sky and then add a linear gradient to darken the sky. Not too much. You want to keep things looking natural. Finally, I would have added a little negative vignette to keep the eyes on the entrance.

Thanks for posting. A nice memory to have.

The ADA Ramp is for present day visitors. All handicap items were hidden and stored away when FDR had visitor. I agree with you on curvature, the curve driveway bring it out more. I was luck that I was able to get a shot without lots of other tour group member in the way. I will reedit the sky and vignette. I like to try different things, thank you.

Thanks for your response. Have fun with your edits. Meanwhile, I am posting two recent panoramas of mine own.
