OK, I realize this won't be everyone's cup of tea. I'm fascinated by locomotive (train) drives, wheels and steam fittings. This is from Engine 5629 at the Colorado Train Museum in Golden, Colorado. Taken Sep/2/2018.

A closeup of part of the steam drive mechanism of an old locomotive like this one. I realize it's "abstract", but I like the intricacy of the fittings and pipes.

I like the first one. I am always impressed by the creator of machinery that makes things work. How did they know where to start?? Then to make it work.

Explains why his ear ended the way it did. Stood too close when the engineer decided to clear the pipe.
