Chllenge: Free Sunday- 9-23-2018

There is an annual competition to benefit the San Antonio food bank that local architectural firms, general contractors and university groups participate each year to "CANstruct" various theme sculptures. Their medium to sculpt with is any kind of can food that is then contributed the food bank. We stopped by the Northstar Mall Friday afternoon to take a look at their work. Here are three we liked best.

Was at an Apple Festival today which afforded so many photo ops. Here are some shots.

The first two are end of day captures while the number three is the porch of a house which was originally a hotel at a RR station back in the 1800's and the hotel was demolished but two parts were saved and are now homes,,,backed up against a cliff. No, the building is like that, not square nor rectangular, part of the hotel that remained. The trash barrels get put out on Mondays

Wow Larry I've never seen such detailed CANstruction as that Wrestlers Mask and that Matador is Awesome..Thanks for Sharing and Hosting FS.
