I'm going out on a limb here and agreeing with VZ, it's a female Baltimore Oriole.

I think it's too yellow for a Baltimore Oriole they tend to be more orange. I am about 90% sure it is an Orchard Oriole.

This is a second year male orchard oriole. Notice the black under throat.
