I know they have a good rep from past posts, but Would appreciate any recent input on their legitimacy and honoring returns for full refund if dissatisfied with purchase.

I have returned a couple of things that I didn't like (they were as advertised though, I just didn't care for the lenses) and there were no issues with getting refunded. No restocking fee et al.

Get a return authorization and they give you a prepaid return shipping label. I've returned items too. Regarding purchasing, items rated EX or EX+ will seem like new except they lack a box. But, do thoroughly testing, particularly for older items. That's where I've experienced problems, but beyond the disappointment, the return process was nothing more than contacting them and requesting a return authorization. I've purchased multiple cameras and lenses from KEH. I've returned more than one, but everything else has been perfect as if purchased new, even for items 20+ years in age since they had actually been 'new'.

I sent KEH my NikonD60 kit for possible buy/resell but their offers were really low so I asked for return. Shipping in both directions was free, no problem. I recently bought Olympus OMD E5markii with one lens after examining it and the EM10markii on site (I was visiting Atlanta). I decided on the EM5ii and they took both back to the shipping department and packaged it up with the kit lens and battery/charger. Unfortunately they mixed up the battery/charger with the one which goes with the EM10 which I didn't realize of course until I got home, and we had some back and to phone calls and mailings to get the correct battery and charger. They did not want to bother with sending the wrong set back (not worth postage and restocking they said) but in the end I got two correct batteries and one charger, as they sent the correct battery without the correct charger the first time. A lot of talk time, but in the end they made good on the snafu.

Excellent experience. I have bought four items from them this year and cannot tell them from new. One I ordered by mistake -- didn't notice it was 4/3 rather than micro-4/3 -- and they had no trouble accepting the return on something that has almost no market. My credit card was reimbursed the moment they got it back.

I've had good luck with them on two orders, but it didn't involve returns. I think they would be fine.
