She looks scared, like she belongs in a horror show. If that was the intent, then the photo succeeds beyond expectations.

Nice shot - Although slightly confusing - she looks scared, but is merely holding the chain - not actually chained up. Same pose and expression but perhaps wrapped with the chain would be more interesting.
