Possible reasons for low turn-out:

1. People are suffering from "brown outs"
2. "Browned-off" by the whole process.
3. Think there are too many "fudge factors" present in the voting process.

Kind of reminds me too of the pie the maid prepares for her client/master in the movie "The Help."

So far - I'll look again - I haven't seen a pic of a two year old with chocolate smeared on its face. The probable winner.

BTW the statement above the photo scroll bar states that photos are NOT being accepted.... Kind of confusing, unless you just changed it before my posting.

I need to apologize. I have not had internet for the last few days and was in a rush to grab what time I had before getting to the airport to return to the states so without being able to follow the timeline I set I may have jumped the gun. I guess we'll call this one a push. The voting should be interesting though.
