I've been through the ringer on this one and I'll get it processed all the way

I'm in a lull with driving trailers around.
So I might get a break, if the sky is clear tonight.
Anyway, I was thinking about trying again tonight.

M81 Ring Nebula? Eh what?
Not the ring but sure looks like M82.

I didn't catch it until it this morning, Thank you bwana. I'll correct it right away.
Looks like you are getting some decent data and your stars are round. How long were your exposures?
Brian, I was capturing @ 20s , back in May. I've had 2 or 3 nights a month maybe since May, nothing but, boiling heat humidity and pop up storms. The 14th of July I capture Jupiter and my efw wouldn't respond in Sharpcap , it still came out looking REALLY nice thanks to a cold front. I did get my guidescope and camera aligned with my main camera , I tested on the 14th with my planetary set up and it was guiding on a star around Vega nice without anything major but, it's still not where it needs to be . I haven't had the chance to do any testing with the DS setup yet. I've been working with the spacer plates on the Moonlite to get the correct spacing for my DS image train and this Xmas I'll get the mini v2 . A piece at a time that's the way I roll.
Sonny , I hope you can get out . I 'm stuck under this darn heating blanket, killing my chances , that's all it's doing .
When I first opened this I was excited thinking that you finally had gotten some up time.
I now realize that you have worked on data that you have been sitting on.
This turned out quite nice.
Was this one of the sessions that Ed helped you with your autoguiding?
If so, it worked really well.
Nice work,
Jim

I had high altitude clouds last night, and a run tonight. (Well, a very long crawl actually)
I took the cousins husband for a break in ride along. He's supposed to be a back-up driver, so showing him some of the ropes I have to deal with.
It will be interesting to see if he can pull rabbits out of his hat.
Oh, bed sounds good....
Dang! Just took a look outside. What a perfect night.
I took the tips and guidance that Ed showed me and ran with it, the night when Ed worked with me something wasn't right and it failed miserably. I worked tirelessly on my autoguiding and got consistent results that I could live with, I was hoping to achieve a finer line but, I'll take what I can get Jim. I took a photo of my guiding in June while testing and that crayford focuser that came on the tube is the biggest piece of junk.
GUIDING IS GETTING BETTER ALL THE TIME
Sonny , I hope you went for it . That would've been a relaxing night out under the diamonds.

That's a nice capture, regardless of which M it is!!!
Thank you Dick , not too bad for an amateur disabled astronomer. I had to stick with it and results , results ,results are what I've been getting once I learned that time is the answer.

Yeah, I'm a crippled up photographer myself, they think I have leukemia but maybe some form of auto-immune instead. Wish I had a setup like you have, I think it's pretty neat to do 'star gazing' and at 80 I've never got to do that!!
Dick
Dick , It has taken me 4 yrs. to get this much equipment {mostly used equipment} and I still need the mini v2 and software for the moonlite focuser and someday I may get a heavy duty pro mount. I've got my share of frustration and aggravation with using older and used equipment but, I can get it done.
