A friend told me of an Alaskan who built a nice house with a wonderful view of the mountains from the second floor. He installed the toilet in front of a large window so he could enjoy the view.... Lucky sod had no neighbors!

I'm told there's a similar toilet in the spire of the Chrysler Building in NYC.
