Thanks Dave. At least I can still drive and get around it's the close stuff that I can't do. My dad had the same thing and he drove till he was 80.

I developed a detached retina a few years ago, which was repaired by a great doctor locally and I now find most of my focusing done in auto. Still love my photography. Life goes on. I’ve learned, that most of our pain is just part of the ageing process and above all, “it’s only
