Trump blabbers on about Manafort, the witch hunt and collusion(no not COLLUSION again!). NOT A WORD ABOUT COHEN!

[NOTE] He was actually just deboarding AF1 before heading to his rally speech tonight.

Yeah, Rudy says it is not going to be a problem, but it will be, if nothing else it will be a thorn in Trump's side for some time to come. It was the way that Cohen plead, he specifically implicated Trump in campaign contribution violations and no one is talking about it yet but I believe he said that he invoiced Trump's real estate company for reimbursement, I think that just might get a little sticky also.

But, it won't be enough to remove him from office, it will just give you guys a new bucket of s**t to throw.

Yeah, Rudy says it is not going to be a problem, b... (show quote)

If you ever get hit with a bucket of s**t close your eyes. Like they have been for the last 18 months.

This is far worse than a "a thorn in Trump's side". He has been identified, under oath, as a co-conspirator in a felony.
Good Lord, "a little sticky"?
There is still a Rule of Law in this twisted country.

Campaign finance violations happen all the time, in DC they are considered little more than a speeding ticket, but of course with Trump everything is different. Cohen has his story, but he has already been proven to be very unreliable, and then there is the fact that the DOJ rules are that a sitting president can't be indicted and Mueller is operating under those rules. Unless you pick up 11 or so seats in the Senate there is little that the dems can do to stop Trump's presidency.

Campaign violations such as this don't happen "all the time", and that are not regarded as "little more than a speeding ticket".
These crimes are prosecuted, fines are imposed, and people spend time in jail. Ask Cohen about his "speeding ticket".
With a degree of respect, you need to face facts about this situation, and the man who sits in the White House.
It is serious.
Cohen will now be given immunity, and be forced to testify further, probably before both Mueller, and Congress.

Obama had a $2,000,000 campaign violation, he was fined. It is becoming clear that Cohen may have pleaded to crimes that are not crimes, there may have been no campaign violations at all. Remember that Lanny Davis is his lawyer and has an interest in taking Trump down. In the next few days things will become a bit more clear but, neither of these women or their stories had anything to do with the campaign, campaign funds were not used in the t***sactions, it is quite probable that there is no there there. If there is then a lot of people in Congress are going to be in big trouble because they have been using tax payer dollars to pay women off for years.

If you can find a way to rationalize what occurred yesterday with Cohen; good for you. This is much more serious than you apparently will admit.
Jennifer Rubin wrote a very enlightening article about Cohen's relationship with Trump, and the now open door for Cohen's depositions that are forthcoming.
Not to be snarky, Have a good day.
