Aging Person In Photo

I'm trying different software to age this person from age 19 (current picture) to age 32. He had light hair at the age of 32, not necessarily gray, but sandy. Since the image is already B&W, no worry about coloring. I hope someone can help me with this. Thanks.

Not as easy as it sounds. I tried it several ways and nothing looked realistic to me. Sorry.

Me, I just look in the mirror. Suggest you take a look at this sight:

The problem here is that if you lighten the dark hair, you also lighten the shadows in the hair, resulting in the hair having much lower contrast than the rest of the image. There is no good way to do this and make it look natural without a lot of work, and even then...Changing color is much easier than changing brightness.

Moose, here's a very quick and dirty stab at it.

Thanks for trying. The aging is too much. He looks about 80, but again it isn't easy to do this. So thanks again for the effort.

Moose, sorry, I missed the age limit part. Early morning, no coffee yet. I might try again if I get some free time.

This is probably not very close to what you were hoping for. The hair looks odd when you lighten it. This is more of a softening, plus some tweaks to the rest of it.
