Hi Steve, Some of my older pieces I collected while spending time in Thailand and India where I also did some lapidary work on ruby and sapphire, I collected some nice garnet in New York I collect when I can, But more exotic pieces are from trading at shows and auctions. But I like photographing rocks, are you a collector?

I am not a rockhound, although I keep my eyes open while traveling in South and Central America.

Some of my favorite specimans come from Mexico and South America on my list to travel there some day
