Hi, Coz,
Isn’t that scene near where some of the the Clan chiefs met up with the Bonnie Prince at the start of “the 45”?
I do love the tour you provide us out and about that lovely land!

Hi Coz from the Territories. Right loch - wrong end. This is the south end, not the end with the Glenfinnan monument and viaduct. Bright sun and haze wouldn't have been my ideal choice, but I wanted to get something before I left the area - possibly for the last time.

Thank you NJ. There must be quite a few people who like spending time there because I saw lots of boats and jetties despite the fact that it's a freshwater loch and not open to the sea.

I think the horizon is well placed. Sure the loch is important, as are the anchors in the foreground; but The mountains are really captivating and the sky has enough clouds to be engaging. Nicely presented.

Thank you Erich. With lots of haze there's always the chance that too much will be lost, but the up side is that it comes with its own atmosphere (figuratively speaking ). And when the sky's hazy it becomes a delicate balancing act to extract the contrast and colour while at the same time avoiding an unnatural heaviness.
