Thank you Randy, I used 3D to get the effect and then with the original picture underneath I used a mask to show the eyes and bit of the nose.. Altered the brightness etc in camera raw..

Thank you Angela, I did it in 3D and used a mask to get the eyes and nose. As it comes out dark I lightened it in camera raw..
