did my best to bring the color out and in focus, any ideas how how to improve? thanks.

Looking at your photos, it seems that your leaves are more focused than the flowers. When photographing something small, I usually switch to live view, it helps to see exactly what your camera is focusing on. nice pics by the way :)

Try different setting on camera, may be more focus on flower then leafs

Thanks, using my nikon coolpix, so most is auto, did change to food setting and worked better, thanks.
