Do any of you have any experience with the Loupedeck or Loupedeck + image editing console? It looks interesting.
Incredibly useful, now that the software has been updated, for improving my Lightroom workflow. I have it mounted in front of my keyboard at a 45 deg angle so the controls are instantly available.
I have a Loupedeck + on order, which has more opportunities for workflow enhancement.

Thanks for your quick response. This looks like an interesting product with a lot of potential.
I went the less expensive, DIY route with a Behringer X-Touch mini MIDI ($45.00)and the freeware LR mapping software MIDI2LR (I did make a donation). It has made my edits easier and faster.

I also have a LoupeDeck and find it very useful.
When you have received your LoupeDeck+, will you post a review comparing it with the original?
I went the same way and the Mini Touch is doing just fine. You program whatever you want the knobs and buttons to do and bingo all done. Can change any or all of the functions if you wish to do so. $45 works for me.....

I purchased a Loopdeck. The first copy had sticking keys making it unusable. It sent it back for another one and found the combination of very sloppy build, poor switches and lacking software made it very hard to use. I really liked the concept, but not the product. The company claims the newer version fixes all the build issues, but I couldn't say as I found Pallette Gear to be superior in every way (including price). For the extreeme volumes of a busy sports shooter, I find the Pattette Gear to be essential. Best of luck.

Thanks for your input. It's good to hear from people who actually use this stuff rather than from some reviewer that may or may not be getting paid for his review.
