I have a problem with my Olympus EM10 built-in EVF Auto switch. When Auto Switch is selected I can only use the viewfinder to take a photograph, if I want to use the LCD to compose a shot I have to turn the Auto Switch off.
This problem is only recent and although I can manage without the Auto Switch option I would prefer that the function worked properly.
Is there a UHH member who can help me to correct this.

Check page 20 of the user manual. There is a little button to the right of the diopter/viewfinder area that you can toggle through. I just tested; it takes a few moments after pushing the button for the result to appear so don't be impatient

Thanks Linda, now it works properly. I have owned my Olympus EM10 for several years so I have forgotten how to use many of the options. I think I might have toggled this switch accidentally possibly when cleaning it or something like that,
