Hubsan drone video mov.ivix won't open

I just bought a Hubsan X4 pro drone to shoot some video/photos. I can't figure out how to download them. I have a couple of editing programs including Lightroom cc, and they can't do anything with them. Nor does anything else, browsers, etc. they seem to have a mov.ivix extension (or Lvix, it's hard to tell). Does anybody have experience with this?

I have heard of this problem but my Hubsan 107c produces a video that windows and mac opened right up.
Did a search for your Lvix extension and there is plenty of info on it. It is L V I X .
I learned a lot on my 107 , it didn't have gps or any of the flying aids.
