Oleanders they are, Sundar, and what lovely images! All parts of this plant are poisonous, but the flowers are brilliant and beautiful!

You are right. They are really beautiful. But not sure if it outweighs the other factor of it being poisonous.
Janos also expressed the same opinion. Then it is better not having it I think.
We have many around here and it is even watered/maintained regularly by the HOA.
