See Matterport for walk-through virtual reality tours (http://matterport.com/). For the simpler 360 degree tours, see: http://www.3dvista.com/ for one example. There are many more.

The value of 360 degree "tours" has depreciated over the past few years. Agents report that clients don't like them as much as a slideshow of several high-resolution, nicely composted images.
