...I don't feel about it at all. In fact I could care less...

Whenever I'd see (on the tube) folks being badgered by "the media" for one thing or another, usually for some political flap, it seemed like they'd always do just what the reporters wanted them to do, i.e., get all defensive and argumentative. If I was them, I'd just put a blank look on my face and kind of gaze right through them. If they didn't take the hint I'd just sit down in a comfortable position, open up my Kindle E-book and start reading. If they still insisted on my saying something, I'd simply say "Indifference is much more effective than hostility" and go right on reading.
It should be “I couldn’t care less”
Think about it!

I think every statement is quite true.

Apparently quite a few people got out of the wrong side of the bed. And so soon after Easter!

I think you mean "I couldn't care less". If you "could care less" means that you do care somewhat, The other means that you don't care at all.
While I said that "I'm not feeling it," I understand that Weisel was trying to indicate the responsibility of those who stand by passively while the haters carry out their works of violence. To say, however, that the opposite of love is NOT hate, however, seems almost to excuse the haters, which is why I feel the sentiment falls short.

Holy crap! I was just thinking that very thing when I read your post. So many people misuse that quote.
