Help !!!

Looking for an adapter so that I can plug my XQD card into a backup device made by Western Digital . Anyone seen one.

Seen quite a few devices that will adapt XQD to USB but can't find the above . Probably totally stupid but I am sure that I have seen this product somewhere. I can work round the problem by copying to the SD card in camera but would like to avoid this if possible.

For British Hoggers : In one of today's paper's there was a picture of Boris Johnson with the headline "Mind the Gaff"

I’m no expert, but I’m not sure you could make an adapter that would enable you to put a larger card into a smaller slot.

I have used card readers. These days my Macs have a card reader built in on my laptop and 27" that works great.

I had no problem with belkin card readers worked for different size cards. Never used xcd but here is one.

Sorry, no such beast. The communication protocol differences would prevent such an adapter from functioning anyway.

OK, so why not use your USB cable to d/l the images to the computer? As I understand, the XQD is fast for transferring images from the camera to the card. The same speed is not required with USB, although a USB 3.0 would be close.

Not even close. The orange haired buffoon has done irreparable damage to the US and its reputation.

I suggest if your camera has both the XQD CARD and a SD card slot, that you write to both cards at the same time.
then you could just back up the SD card. you will not find an adapter to go from XQD to SD.

Neither of these have anything at all to do with what the OP is asking for!
