Hi Dick. This is a new nest for this couple. A tree company cut down all the pines where they have nested for years. So the found this osprey nest and took it over. Should be interesting when the osprey come back.
Hi Greg. My buddy called me Saturday and was telling me about this. I told him probably a osprey nest. He was right it was bald eagles and I was too. They took over this osprey nest. Osprey won't be happy when they return. Eagles and osprey don't make the best of neighbors. Thanks for your kind comments.

Hi Bob. Thank you so much. This nest is within 5 miles of home. I'll be here allot.
You got very nice positions on these shots. Well done.

Hi Marty and thank you. This will be the best place to shoot the eagles for me. Close and very accessible.
Great shots Jack, well timed on the first one. Would be very interesting if you could get shots when the osprey come back to their nest...

Thanks Carol. This new nest is one they took from osprey. Should get interesting when they come back. Tree company cut down all the pines they had there nest in. Did so for power lines.

Hi Val. I'm hoping to get shots of that for sure. The fight will be on. They don't make the best of neighbors. Glad you like the set
Excellent flight images, Jack. Well composed with great timing.
