how about a couple of famous misquotes:
"We don't need no stinkin' badges," was actually: "We have no badges. In fact, we don't need badges. I don't have to show you any stinking badges, you god-damned cabron and ching' tu madre!”
and:
"Play it again, Sam," was actually: as said by Ilsa: "Play it, Sam. Play "As Time Goes By," and later in the film, by Rick: "If she can stand it, I can! Play it!"
