I am a macro-photographer. My #1 suggestion is to crop-out all unnecessary background, which only distracts from your subject.

They're nice captures!
I preferred to keep your original composition in the bee photo, but tweaked it for color, light and clarity just a wee bit.
I hope that was okay.....

I like all three of them. No disrespect to Nikonian, but I like your version better than his cropped version, I feel like he cropped them to close. I like more room around the Bee and more of the flower showing, but I do like the sharpened version by tilde. In your 2nd photo, the only thing that I dislike are the three light green stems in the backgound coming in from the right side. They take my eye away from the beautiful butterfly and flower. I think the moon shot looks perfect......

Thank you all for your input. It is well received, and appreciated very much.

Try a little more contrast in the center and sharpen that area a bit just to bring out the detail. This is a Photoshop redo, sometimes you just have to modify the photos that you are able to get.
This program allows you to work on just the areas that need help and leave the others unaffected.
