When the government shut down the last time, Trump gave an interview and said it was clearly the responsibility of the President.
Now that he's President, it's Schumer's fault.
Trump is truly a PUTOS

The buck will never stop at trumps desk. He will always find someone else to blame when things go wrong and take credit for someone else's work when things go right.

Are there any Canadians who can write proper English?
And why do they think anyone cares about their opinions on US politics?

Wage growth has been slower under Trump than under Obama. From Forbes
The S&P 500 has grown more slowly under trump than under Obama.

You don't let no one caring about your opinion even slow you down.

Hey, If Faulkner could write sentences that were 3 pages and more long, I think I'm Ok.

That was two sentences, one atop the other and the forbes line was off to the side. When I saved it changed.

Obama created DACA out of thin air and enacted a law himself, which is illegal. Trump rescinded that law and passed it back to Congress, which Obama should have done in 2012. Congress did this, Trump had nothing to do with the v**e in Congress. The Senate k**led the bill before it even got to Trump's desk. How can you possibly blame Trump here?

It is both Obama and Congress's doing - NOT Trump.

That's exactly right, except that it was not a "law." That's Congress' job, as you say.

The issue here is that the Dems and the squishy Republicans tried to bamboozle Trump into signing a law that gave the Dems everything they wanted and nothing that Trump and the conservative Republicans wanted.

Why didn't 0bama and the Democratic congress pass that law when they had full control? They were scared of doing that, of course. But if Trump had accepted it, that law would forever be a Republican law signed by Trump, even though it was everything the Dems wanted.

Trump doesn't want to kick out those dreamers, but he doesn't want them to have the right to v**e and especially have the chain migration attached to it and all the other things that screwed up California.

Oh, I found the tape of the discussion with Durbin. It explains the confusion.

California is doing just fine, thank you. Now, if you will just stay in Texas, we will continue to do fine.

If we had had strict i*********n l*ws when Trumps Mother and Paternal grandfather applied, all of this could have been avoided.

You're right - I called it law, and Obama thought it was a law, but it was just a made up fantasy of Obama's. Please substitute "fantasy" for "law" in my post above..

You're also right about the Democrats wanting to push the DACA mess onto Trump to clean up. It's a catch 22, and one that no matter how the Trump administration tries to solve it, someone is going to lose. My v**e is that the dreamers suffer the loss, but the greedy Democrats want it all or nothing. So instead, government employees have to pay the price.

What a fawkin' nightmare.

Oh, and so glad you found that tape! Thanks for clearing that up!

It's reported that 87% of Americans support DACA. How's it feel to be part of the 13%?

Is that a poll that was taken in southern California?
