I often find that HDR on moving subjects, like water, give me ghosts and unwanted artifacts. Your image looks superb. How do you avoid the artifacts and ghosts?

Sorry about the long delay, I was out of town.
The long exposure helped blend any issues I would have had with the artifacts.
