My first real macro pictures

watch macro can be addictive.insect pics are better if you can get good detail of the eyes.everything is important but the eyes are most important.tom

You must get closer. NONE of your images are macros. All are close-up photographs. You have cropped the wasp image too much. It was in front of your plane of focus originally (out of focus), and enlarging does not improve your image. A macro image must retain detail. Otherwise it is just an enlargement that exceeds acceptable resolution.

If you cannot get closer, then you do not have the right lens. True macro-photography requires proper equipment. Some photographers (with standard lenses) add thread-in diopter lenses to front of their lens, and others add extension tubes between camera and lens. There are several ways to achieve pseudo-macro, but nothing other than a purpose-designed macro lens will provide sterling results.
