I am a serious Christian who loves to take pictures. I want to take pictures with a Christian theme such as The Love of God, God's Power, Christ in the world. I don't want to take pictures of plants, flowers, animals, landscapes, crosses or churches. Some examples I have considered: Christian signs and sayings on road sides or sides of buildings, club colors on the backs of Christian motorcycle riders. Any suggestions would be much appreciated. Blessings and Merry Christmas Bob

Most places of worship have signs. Christmas decorations, either private or public. Decorated Christmas trees. many stores have holiday decorations in windows. Malls have many decorated areas. Snow Men, just a few suggestions.

Many people see God in a beautiful, e.g., mountain scene, a storm coming up a valley, and/or a sunset. The strict photographer might see these scenes as great photo ops, you might see them as God's Power, or the like. The tip to the viewer of your photos could be the title you give the capture.

You can look to find other people's 'use'of christianity to support what else they do, or you can use your belief within your pictures - those moments when YOU can perhaps justify 'the hand of God' or the presence of christian action etc. This then becomes your search, and may give a deeper meaning to your personal relationship with christianity.

As many people suggest, they see God's work in nature, others see it in people helping others through adversity. If you look for God's work in action then you will find it.

Since it comes up so often in arguments, how about pictures of Christian families who adopt unwanted children. Amazing Grace Adoptions in Naples might be a place to start.

Bob, welcome to the Hog!
If you're a serious Christian, then for help go to the Attic!!!
VERY serious Christians there, I'm sure will share some seriously radical ideas.
But brace yourself, they are very CRUDE Christians!!!!
Good luck! LoL

Are you needing a vision? Perhaps enlightenment? At least you've asked at the right time of year, there should be few Angels wandering around somewhere.

There's a Catholic church in Ambleside in the English Lake District, "Our Lady of the Wayside". I'm not exactly sure what her profession was - although I expect it was an old one, or why she was being revered, but is this the kind of thing you're looking for?

Or is it more the dyslexic biker with a back insignia that said "Santa's Slaves".

Perhaps I missed the point of your question...

I would say, pray and ask God for guidance and insight.
