Ah assumptions. That's not me nor my grandson. Different diversity. They came to a meeting we held on manufacturing issues. I got to talk with both of them. Great people. Long time Steelworker

I think it's a beautiful photograph because for me it represent two people separated by three generations focused on a singular issue important to both.
