#1 is an excellent exposure made under difficult conditions. #2 looks over-processed.

I like taking photos of the same subject under different conditions. The colors in the second photo do see a bit over-saturated; but you said that it is sooc. That must have been a strong glow that evening. Very nice. I prefer the first photo. Good idea to show these at opposite times of the day.

I'll just say sooc doesn't really mean much....depends on what settings the camera has been set to, all images have been processed to some extent....but this subject has been beat to death. Your first image is very well done.....

Just went over the EXIF data. Nothing unusual about settings other than it was shot in Auto. came as a surprise as I usually shoot in shutter priorty. Must have set it to auto by mistake--maybe I should shoot in auto more often. It was shot JPEG. When I said SOOC I meant that I didn't play with sliders in post

Sorry I don't communicate well, I just meant that their are usually software settings in the camera that act like sliders in post so to speak, such as vivid, bold, or twilight, ect. which will effect how you "sooc" image will look....
