Nikon D500 handheld, vertical, 6 captures, PP for level and minor alterations.
The panorama is created with ACR.
I adjust the main image (not necessarily the center) then sync the other captures. ACR processes the captures to a DNG that I open twice in PS CC.
First layer (background) is color
Second layer is B&W, opened as object , blend luminosity, opacity varies. (See my ACR tutorial as to why in another section)

18~300 used as 24 ISO 100 F4 S 1/500
It is a recurring problem with me, I use a shalow depth of field when I should not....

Still pretty darn good for f4. ( the signs on the right are semi legible)
