Thanks guys, obviously I enjoy these and pretty much all birds as well, I think that I spent more on my gear than my last car.... just kidding but it is closer than I would like to admit.

I was pretty lucky to see them playing with each other, generally like you said they are just slowly walking along feeding. I was also very lucky to get them flying low, generally when they have the sky as background exposure on them is very difficult. Thanks for your comments.
Wow, great shots patience pays off.
These are great. The average person who doesn't know about them would be highly surprised by their very large size.
These are very large and tall birds.
