Another great bunch, Angela! I really hate to see these come to an end. They were all so fascinating and realistic. I love the couple embracing under the tree. Wow! Can you imagine having such talent?
It sure has been chilly the last two days. I have my sweatpants and fuzzy slippers on. I guess it is that time of the year, but I still hate to see the Winter come. At least the sun is shining!

Thanks so much, Jane.... I miss them already, but they were so much fun to shoot! I'm not a people photographer, but I had fun with them!
It really has been nippy, especially having to get up at 5... I think it's time for my fleece sheets!! I'm guessing the leaves will finally start turning now that we've had such cold nights... I love fall colors! ...actually now it's 71!!

These are really great. I can't believe the detail in these sculptures. What are they made of? (Oh, and your photos have been great, too!)

Glad you enjoyed these, Kathy... from what I read, they are made of bronze and then he paints them! His work is also permanently on display in NJ called the Grounds For Sculpture... one day I have to convince my husband to take that long drive, I'd love to see all his work!

Excellent Angela.
Sorry to see this series end.
Have you been to Grounds for Sculpture? I think Seward Johnson is responsible for its existence.

Thanks foodie for following along and for your lovely comment.... I've never been to the Grounds for Sculpture and I've been bugging my husband to take the long drive.... I have friends that have gone and have seen their pictures, it looks amazing.... one day!

LOL... I hope I don't have to wait 4 years! I was told the same thing about RATS.... next spring sounds like a good time to go, unless I can convince my husband to go this fall. I still want to get to Shelter Island and go to the Mashomack Preserve... that's closer than NJ!

Sorry to see this series come to an end. This was an amazing collaboration between two artists - a sculpture and a photographer. So I ask: What is next? I'm ready!

Larry... I'm glad you followed along and enjoyed this series, I will miss these guys, but you ask what's next... I have so many waiting to be edited from all over and yet I keep shooting...
I just wish I had more time, with watching my two grandsons twice a week and keeping up with my pets and house and cooking... ugh, I'm pooped!! ...but it's all good!!
Enjoy the evening, my friend!!
