Foliage and festival time. Where you live, foliage may not change, but we'd like to see your area. Fairs, Pumpkin Fests, Apple Picking and more are all part of the season. My fair pix are not accessible to me until my computer issue is resolved. I found a few things - some a little off the wall maybe... Looking forward to what is happening in your area of the country/world.
We have had a very warm dry Fall (80s today humidity 94%) so colors were faint - until a couple days ago.
A usually beautiful maple leave - not much color here
The pumpkin patch was frosted - but trees still green
Foggy evening and color emerging

That's a very good start indeed. Sorry to hear about your computer issue. Hope will be resolved soon.
Fall is a season with lots of photo opportunities.

Will know tomorrow night how "bad" it might be. Had backed everything up a couple days before and all photos are on external drives, but libraries are on the main desktop drive. Never ever had this happen before.
Up here we have four distinct seasons, (one is more distinct than others) but for a week in October it gets awesome
A starter

Gold leaves against the log -nice contrast, Jim!
Trees here haven't changed much but the local Nursery is certainly tuning up the colors of fall!
