I love old factories. It is fun to imagine them full of workers like they were when they were used for manufacturing. Those are some fine photos of a part of our past. You did good.

Thanks for your comment. I like them also and enjoy taking pictures of them. Whenever I visit an old factory, I always find something unique and interesting to photograph.

Great images. It is a tragedy that Lawrence has been taken out of manufacturing and now leads the State for drug sales and gang activity.

Yes - it is a great shame. There is great potential for positive growth but that will take many funds and determination.

Great shots. I love them. I'm planning on traveling to Boston this fall & after seeing your photos I'm thinking I should take time to travel to Lawrence. Thanks for posting your photos.

Thanks for the nice comment. You will find Boston a gold mine of photo ops. Side trips to Cape Cod and Cape Ann will be great for this and a a few smaller cities like Lawrence, Lowell and Providence as well,
