Picked this up on Facebook, it is interesting to see the lengths that some will go to
make up stuff. The article doesn't say (or I missed it) if he made quite some money
off all this or if it was mostly for the glory!?
When I was younger and traveled through Africa (circa 1970) I met a few guys who embellished
a lot of stuff ....it would seem adventurers like to make up a lot of BS, sorta goes with
the territory ! lol

It's sad that people will stoop to that level just to gain notoriety. Fortunately he was found out.
